interest of brevity, with the hope that none of them is anything that
would be the subject of an explicit search.  If there is, however,
something for which you have unsuccessfully searched the database, and you
feel it should be in there, make sure you check this list to see if it has
been abbreviated.  In the event you find an abbreviation in the database
which you do not understand, check this list to see if it is here.  If it
is not, I did not understand it either.  If you find an abbreviation which
is in the database, but not on the list, and you do understand it, please
e-mail me (brett@biosys2.ME.berkeley.edu) about it, and I will see what I
can do about either expanding it or including it in the list, as I see
fit.
