Regular Registration Form:

The symposium registration fee is $295 (before May 18th) and $395 (after May 18th but before June 12th).

Registered attendees are entitled to attend the opening ceremony and the banquet, both of which will be held at the Berkeley Faculty Club respectively on the evenings of Sunday, June 18th and Monday June 19th. Registered attendees will also receive on-site breakfast, lunch, coffee and pastries during the two-day symposium.
