Poster Sessions

Students attending the conference are encouraged to present their ongoing research work during the symposium’s poster sessions. A poster is a synopsis of a research paper or work that is presented visually on one large sheet of paper. A poster uses text and graphics to summarize a research activity and its results.

All posters will be displayed in 120 Bethel (floor below Sibley auditorium) on both Monday and Tuesday. Poster presenters are encouraged to place their posters on Monday June 19 th starting at 10:00 am and leave them there until the end of the symposium.

Poster Instructions:

There are no specific formats for the poster. However, the size of the poster is limited. We will provide a white cardboard which is 32 inches wide by 40 inches high and an easel for each poster. Approximately, the cardboard can contain the maximum of 12 letter-size sheets. We will also provide means to attach the poster to the cardboard

Poster presentation times:

Poster presenters are encourage to be by their posters during the following times:

Monday 4:50 – 6:00

Tuesday 3:10- 4:50
