Conference Room Reservations

Conference Rooms controlled by the Mechanical Engineering Department (3110 EH, 5108 EH, 6101 EH, 6153 EH, and the Fanuc Room) can be reserved by faculty and staff in ME only. 

The Student Services Office also books conference rooms for Qualifying and Preliminary exams and practice sessions, as well as miscellaneous research talks and meetings.

The Shephard Conference Room (3117 Etcheverry Hall)

The Shephard Room is shared by Nuclear Engineering, IEOR and Mechanical Engineering and can be reserved by faculty and staff of those departments. It is equipped with a Whiteboard, 16 Conference Style chairs, 26 Theatre Style chairs. You can access that resource at https://www.me.berkeley.edu/etch_mrbs.
