Conference Room Reservations
ME Conference rooms in Etcheverry Hall (3110, 5108, Fanuc and Tien Rooms) and the Hesse Hall conference room can be reserved by faculty and staff in Mechanical Engineering only. If you are an ME student, you may request that a staff person make the reservation for you.

The Shephard Conference Room (3117 Etcheverry) is shared by Nuclear Engineering, IEOR and Mechanical Engineering and can be reserved by faculty and staff of those departments. It is equipped with a Whiteboard, 16 Conference Style chairs, 26 Theatre Style chairs. You can access that resource here. |
