Conference Room Reservations
ME Conference rooms in Etcheverry Hall (3110, 5108, Fanuc and Tien Rooms) and the Hesse Hall conference room can be reserved by faculty and staff in Mechanical Engineering only. If you are an ME student, you may request that a staff person make the reservation for you.

The Shepard Conference Room (3117 Etcheverry) is shared by Nuclear Engineering, IEOR and Mechanical Engineering and can be reserved by faculty and staff of those departments. You can access that resource here. |
To obtain keys/cardkeys for Etcheverry and Hesse Halls, contact Sherrell Gordon, sherrell@me, 2-3458, 5102 EH, Monday through Friday 9:30am – 11:30am. The following MUST be COMPLETED before any keys can be issued:
Mechanical key request. Students and visitors are reqiured to pay a $20.00 deposit (check or money order only; no cash) which covers all keys. The deposit is required when keys are issued. The deposit will be refunded when keys are returned to 5102 EH.
Cardkey request. A fee of $10.00 will be charged to replace lost cardkeys. Faculty must submit approval via email for doors with coded entry.

Webmail
Web-based Mail is an email system that allows you to read your email from any computer connected to the Internet using a web browser, such as Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer. The Web Mail system will use IMAP (Internet Message Access Protocol) to download email from the server, which is particularly suitable to mobile users who like to access their mail on multiple computers. Log in (only available to users with DECF accounts).
