A computational method for electron and phonon scattering in 2D and 3D branching waveguides. 2. Switch devices of electron beams in quantum waveguides. 3. Asymptotic theory of electron resonant tunneling in deformed wires. 4. Resonant tunneling of electrons in waveguides with slowly varying periodic structure (asymptotic approach). 5. Numerical simulation of resonant tunneling in 3d quantum waveguides with varying cross-section. 6. Control of the thermal conductance of deformed nanofibers. 7. Method of the control of low temperature thermal conductance for dielectric nanowires.
