These flows present unique challenges due to the dynamic material interfaces and multiple equations of state. This minisymposium seeks to address recent advances in the the modeling and simulation of these flows. Specific topics include: * Volume of fluid methods (volume tracking) * Interface reconstruction and smoothing * Interface tracking * Mixed cell and pressure relaxation models * Multi-material advection algorithms * Surface tension calculation and effects
