Minisymposium description:
------------------------- 

The mini-symposium on Code and Solution Verification (CSV)
addresses code and solution verification issues in computational
physics and engineering. Topics of interest include the development
of code verification test problem; Method of Manufactured Solution
(MMS); assessment of asymptotic regime of convergence of discrete
solutions; development of Ansatz models of solution convergence
error; a posterior error indicators; and the quantification of numerical
uncertainty.

It is envisioned that the mini-symposium will consist of two or three
sessions (with 5-to-6 technical papers in each session). Sessions
will start with a one-hour tutorial and/or keynote lecture to introduce
the subject. They will conclude with a panel discussion to foster
interaction with the audience.
