Advanced research results on the physical properties, using macro- and micro-scales, and the related mathematical models with their solution attributes together with suitable numerical methods are welcome. Verification of mathematical models by error-controlled adaptivity and validation of those models by relevant physical experimental data are of particular interest. Keywords: monocrystalline and polycrystalline alloys, linear and nonlinear kinematics, deterministic and statistical homogenizations of meso- and micro-scales, convexification, integration in time and space, solution algorithms, superelastic and quasi-plastic shape memory effects, transformation-induced plasticity
