Recognized Sponsors

Platinum Sponsors: A sponsorship fee of $10,000 or more . You may combine sponsorship opportunities to equal $10,000 or contribute to a specific function. We recommend that you contribute to the activities with the highest attendance such as receptions and luncheons. The platinum sponsorship will include a 10 x 10 exhibitor booth free of charge (additional space is available for a fee). Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the foyer of the Congress Hotel and at the activity you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the advance flyer announcements, during the sponsored event, in the final program, and on the conference web site.

Gold Sponsors: A sponsorship fee of $5,000 or more . You may combine sponsorship opportunities to equal $5,000 or contribute to a specific function. The Gold sponsorship will include a 10 x 10 exhibitor booth at a reduced fee of $1000 (additional space is available for a fee). Your company's logo will appear in strategic locations throughout the foyer of the Congress Hotel and at the activity you sponsor. In addition, your company will be recognized in the advance flyer announcements, during the sponsored event, in the final program, and on the conference web site.

Opportunities for Sponsorship & Exhibitors

1. Exhibit Booth: Sponsorship fee: $2,000 . This will include a 10x10 booth space at the Exhibitors Area and Cyber Cafe. Skirted tables with chairs are included. Additional costs for shipping, electricity, and internet services apply.

2. Additional Booth Space: Sponsorship fee: $1,000 . This will include an additional 10x10 booth space at the Exhibitors Area and Cyber Cafe. Additional skirted tables with chairs are included.

3. Attendee Portfolio Bag Stuffing: Sponsorship fee: $500 . USNCCM-IX is offering your company the opportunity to have a flyer or small brochure inserted in each attendee portfolio bag. Your flyer or small brochure will be distributed to all Conference attendees. Your sponsorship also includes recognition in the final conference program, advance program and on the conference Web site. Note: Flyers must be received at USNCCM-IX headquarters no later than 1 July 2007.

4. Advance Program Advertising: Sponsorship fee: $5,000 . Your company's full-color advertisement will appear on the back cover of the USNCCM-IX Conference Advance Program. This program will be distributed to all attendees.

5. Reception Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: $5,000 . The Reception will be held on Sunday evening 22 July, and is expected to be one of the most popular events held during the USNCCM-IX Congress. No sessions are held during this time, to allow both attendees and exhibitors ample time to relax and interact with exhibitors, sponsors and colleagues. In addition, your company's sponsorship will be recognized in the final conference program, the advance program and on the web site. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

6. Refreshment Break Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: $5,000 . Sponsor one of the events that attendees look forward to each day. After attending sessions all morning, attendees relish the opportunity to relax and mingle with their colleagues. The refreshment breaks take place within the Exhibitors Area of Congress Hotel and will be open to all attendees and exhibitors. In addition, your company will be recognized with signs throughout the convention center and exposition hall, as well as in the final program, advance program and on the conference web site. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

7. Annual Awards Banquet Sponsorship: Sponsorship fee: $5,000 . The USACM Awards Banquet is the final official event of the Congress and is your chance to leave a lasting impression attendees will take with them until the 2009 Congress. During the Banquet the USACM Awards will be presented. Your company's name and logo will appear on signage throughout the banquet reception and during the banquet. Your company will be recognized in the final conference program, advance program, awards banquet program, and on the conference web site. Requests will be handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
