Please use the link above to register for the congress and the short courses. For a description of the short courses please see the Short Courses page. Once you use the link above you will be asked to enter your personal information as well as the payment type you will be using. You may pay for the regristration fees via credit card or by check or wire, however, there is an additional $50 service fee (per individual participant registration) if you choose the check or wire payment option (see the information below). The participant fee covers the conference abstracts, a conference program, the reception, banquet, all break refreshments, and a two-year membership in USACM and IACM. The student fee does not include the membership dues.

If you choose to pay by check or wire, there is an additional $50 service fee. Note, if you are paying for more than one person, you must include an additional $50 for each person covered on the check (or wire). Using a check or wire you pay:

Also, the status of whether you are "Early", "Regular", or "Late" depends upon the date when the funds are received, not when they are sent. If you choose this option, your registration will be marked unpaid until the funds are deposited on our side. Note: Only on-site registration is possible after July 15. In this case, your abstract will by shifted to the end of whatever session you are participating in, and it will probably not be listed in the conference booklet.
Note: Domestic wire transfers are usually free of charge. However, international wire transfers incur fees from both the bank of origin, as well as a $10 fee at the destination bank (Bank of America). In any case, please ensure that the total amount that is received by the conference AFTER ALL FEES ARE SUBTRACTED equals the expected registration amount. Otherwise, any balance will be due at on-site registration.
Note:
(a) Before July 13th, 5:00 Pacific time, there will refunds, minus a 100 dollar penalty. Refunds will be made by check, and sent after the conclusion of the conference (July 26th).
(b) After July 13th, 5:00 Pacific time, there will be no refunds.
