The National Science Foundation has provided funds for a limited number of $500 fellowships to support student participants currently enrolled in a US university. The awardees will be selected by the Local Organizing Committee. Each participating institution will be limited to only two student awardees. Special consideration will be given to women, minorities, and the handicapped.

Please e-mail Professor Panos Papadopoulos (panos@me.berkeley.edu) stating your full name, address, university affiliation, and abstract of the presentation (to qualify for the fellowship, you must be the speaker/presenter). To receive full consideration, please respond by Friday, June 22.

If you are selected for the fellowship, please be prepared to provide a social security number for the reimbursement.
