Viewing Videos in Windows:

Real Player:

• Real Player videos are encoded with RealVideo 9 codec.

If you are having problems with the Real Player software, visit the Real Player Support Site.

Macromedia Flash Player:

If video is not displayed in the black area:

• Make sure you have Macromedia Flash Player version 6.0 or higher installed and working properly.

Poor quality or slow/choppy video:

• Your internet connection may not be fast enough to display the entire video clip uninterrupted. Just let the clip play through once and then it will replay without any pauses.
