Sponsorship Information

To help insure a successful event, we are soliciting sponsorship of the conference at two levels, supporter for $3000 and sponsor for $5000. This will assist in covering all the costs of the conference in addition to the registration fee for attendees. For this support, sponsors will receive:
- supporter level ($3K): one free registration, one free exhibit table, listing in program as supporter, and half page advertisement in the proceeding (using ad material supplied by the sponsor.)
- sponsor level ($5K): one free registration, one free exhibit table, listing in program as supporter plus company logo on program and website as sponsor with link to the company's website, and full page advertisement in the proceeding (using ad material supplied by the sponsor.) (In addition, we will be happy to work with you to allow exhibition/demonstration your product at the conference in an "application" environment).
(Registration includes proceedings, all breaks and banquet, etc. The proceedings will be printed in sufficient quantity to be available to others after the event as well.)

There are also some exceptional opportunities for additional sponsorship if you are interested. We are also looking for someone to assist in providing "giveaways" to the attendees...this is likely to be a Cal baseball hat (and could include your logo on the back) - the cost of this is an extra $2500 on top of the sponsor level (total of $7,500 and we arrange the hats, etc.).

Please feel free to contact the Chair (burrconference@lma.berkeley.edu) directly if you'd like to discuss any of these (or have some other ideas). This is an important area of industry interest and we hope to create an exciting meeting for learning, discussing, technology exchange, and fun! You can find more information about the conference at our conference website, http://www.me.berkeley.edu/burrconference/index.htm.
