REGISTRATION FEES

Conference (7-9 June 2004):

$275.00 (includes lunches, refreshments, proceedings and conference dinner) if you register by May 7th, 2004,

$325 after May 7th, 2004.

Short course (10-11 June 2004): 

$750 (full course, includes refreshments and lunches or $400/day. A “no-host” dinner will be held during the course.

Technical Visit (to be arranged):  $50 (includes lunch)

TECHNICAL EXHIBITION

Companies are invited to participate in an exhibition of their products and services.  Catalogues and small exhibits can be displayed.  If there are special requirements, please contact the Organizers.  Fee for display (tabletop area) is $350.

REGISTRATION

Registration is being handled by the University of California Berkeley Extension (UNEX). Fees are payable by credit card.
