How to order a copy of the Conference Proceedings

Proceedings Requests and Purchase Orders can be sent through fax, email, or postal mail.  We will then mail a copy of the proceedings with a CD and an invoice for $70.00 ($60.00 plus $10.00 for shipping and handling).
