Professor Tarek Zohdi has received the 2003 American Academy of Mechanics Junior Award, which is given annually to one post-graduate researcher, to recognize outstanding research during the first decade of a professional career. The medal will be presented in Washington, D.C. at the annual ASME Winter Conference (November 2003).
