On March 4 when UC Berkeley announced a wide-ranging, $28 million partnership with a Saudi Arabian university, NBC11 sent a news crew to interview Chair Al Pisano.

Jonathan Rheaume, Cal Graduate Assembly Delegate from ME, was also interviewed. While he stated that he is not against the agreement, he did express some concerns.

In addition, they did filming in the ME Shop featuring our photogenic Gordon Long and Mick Franssen, and a brief shot of our classrooms and Professor Liwei Lin.
