Professor Alice Agogino and her doctoral student, Shuang Song, won the 2004 Xerox Best Paper Award at the 2004 ASME Design Engineering Technical Conference in Salt Lake City.

The award was presented at the Design Theory and Methods Awards Lunch on Thursday, September 30th. The title of the paper is "An Analysis of Designers' Sketching Activities in New Product Design Teams."
