CATALOG DESCRIPTION
This is a "manufacturing survey course" that deals with Internet-based design, rapid prototyping, and a review of manufacturing processes relevant to today's production of consumer electronics or electro-mechanical devices. It also aims to provide a balanced view for the "Management of Technology".
COURSE PREREQUISITES
101; Recommended: Basic metalprocessing, IC manufacturing; CAD, C, and Java helpful.
